Imran Khan was born on October 5, 1952 in a Pashtun family in Lahore. He worked hard since his childhood. Imran Khan started his international cricket career in 1971 at the age of 19. In 1975, he graduated from Oxford University. He faced many ups and downs during his career. Imran Khan played cricket with the best teams of his time during his career. This was the time when West Indies was known as the Black Wind **کالی آندھی having well known bowlers. Imran Khan made his name in these big names or also made the name of Pakistan bright and also introduced a new triple umpire. Besides, Imran Khan was the captain of Pakistan team from 1982 to 1992. Pakistan cricket team won the only World Cup under the leadership of Imran Khan in 1929. In 1991, Imran Khan founded the Shaukat Khanum Cancer Hospital in memory of his mother. In 1994, he visited the Shaukat Khanum Cancer Hospital. After Shaukat Khanum, Lahore, he start struggling for another Shaukat Khanum Memorial Cancer Hospital and he became successful in founding another cancer hospital in Peshawar in 2015 to help the poors. Imran Khan founded his own political party, named Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) in 1996 after retiring from cricket. He challenge Pakistan’s status quo and corrupt leader and promised the nation that he will brings change based on Justice, Humanity and Self Esteem. Imran Khan was defeated by the famous anchor Late Tariq Aziz on his seat. Later in a program, when Tariq Aziz was asked who do you believe can improve the situation in Pakistan, to which Tariq Aziz replied: I, in my first election defeated him by a margin of over 45,000, but he is the won to bring change in Pakistan and that is Imran Khan. The Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) got only one seat in the 2002 elections and that was only Imran Khan’s own seat. Thus, Imran Khan reached the National Assembly for the first time as a member of the National Assembly. After the party boycotted completely, Imran Khan entered the field with all his political power and started holding huge rallies. From 2010 to 2018, he worked very hard. In the 2013 elections, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) managed to make their coalition government with JI in Pakhtunkhwa province for the first time. Imran Khan rejected 2013 elections and asked the then PM Nawaz Sharif and Election Commission of Pakistan to open four constituencies for recount. He claimed that he has all the proofs of organised rigging and also issue a white paper. But the PML-N government refused to open that four constituencies and indicate any inquiry. He went to ECP. All his allegations were marked wrong and close his case. After that, he called a historic protest that lead to Islamabad’s D-Chowk and it continues for 126 days. After an attack on APS Peshawar, be called off his protest and SC called him to file a petition. Imran Khan’s politics started with the aim to end corruption from Pakistan. Whatever the government is, it must deliver Justice. On 3rd of April, 2016, Panama Papers leaked documents about offshore companies and corruption made money worth 11.5 million. Nawaz Sharif and his family name was included. Imran Khan asked NAB and Supreme Court to initiate an inquiry against Sharif family and all involved (belong to Pakistan). For months they denied, he call a protest again to pressurise authorities to probe all the allegations against Nawaz family. The 5 members bench order to form a JIT to find all the proofs. Finally in 2017, Nawaz Sharif was disqualified for life by the bench and Imran Khan marked this as his biggest victory. In 2018 general elections, Imran Khan became the Prime Minister of Pakistan after his 22 years struggle. Now, his party Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf, is not only in the federation but also in Punjab, KP, and a coalition government in Baluchistan with BAP, emerging the biggest party of the county. Recently, Imran Khan also manage to form his governments in Kashmir and GB for the first time. Now his is on his mission to bring the county on track and fight with the corrupts. His clear Kashmir policy expose Modi’s RSS government’s brutal face before the world. He is the first Pakistani captain to bring a World Cup to his country. When it came to politics, he became the Prime Minister of Pakistan in 2018 after exactly 22 years. This journey didn’t end here. It will continue till Imran Khan’s last breath.
